Lolest..at the sametime ouch, ouch!!
Back in December 1996, worried about the influence of Green Day's "explicit" fourth album, Insomniac, on her 8-year-old son, a mother decided to write a slightly aggressive letter of complaint to the band. It clearly hit a nerve, and she soon received a handwritten response from then-24-year-old frontman Billie Joe Armstrong. Both Letter are below are below.

ReplyDeleteread this earlier tried to comment and it couldnt post but i am incensed by this billy joel guy, hey, if he is making music for himself then he shouldnt get it out there. he was shooting himself in the foot. i think 'airing dirty linen' is so uncool and they should do it in the bathroom weya no one can hear it all! psshhhwww!
